Office/Compliance Paperwork Service
Completion and turning in of all of your office paperwork making sure you are in compliance to get paid at the table.

 
Listing Services
  • Prepare Listing Contract and ALL documents
  • Introduction to Seller, main point of contact
  • Schedule photo/tour shoot
  • Input property into the MLS/Matrix
  • Setup showing service
  • Track expiration date
  • Maintain MLS/Matrix
  • Obtain a completed O&E and estimated Sellers Net Sheet
  • Maintain listing file in accordance to Agents office policy
  • Any additional service needs beyond this can be addressed on an individual basis

Under Contract Services
  • Introduction to all parties
  • Send contact sheet to all parties
  • Send complete purchase contract to Title (listing)
  • Send the completed purchase contract to lender (buyer)
  • Obtain all necessary signatures & forms throughout transaction
  • Track and follow up on all deadlines
  • Coordinate any amend/extends on the contract
  • Flag & complete all missing signatures or items prior to closing
  • Complete all paperwork to Agents office for DA, give to Title for the disbursement
  • Coordinate the time and location of the closing
  • Send closing email to client
  • Ensure the Broker has all required items needed after the closing
  • Turn in complete closed file to the Agents office
  • Provide agent with complete closed file for their records
